Shipping Method & Insurance

We typically ship orders via UPS. However, depending on the delivery address, shipment size, or service availability, orders may occasionally ship using USPS or FedEx.

All shipments are insured up to the purchase price, regardless of carrier. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.


Processing Time

Ready-to-ship items typically ship within three to five business days. Custom or handmade items have variable processing times, which are listed on the product page. Processing time does not include shipping transit time.


Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates only and may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, peak seasons, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not responsible for delays once the package is in the carrier’s possession.


Damaged or Lost Shipments

If a shipment arrives damaged or is lost in transit, customers must follow the damage and claims requirements outlined in our Return & Refund Policy. All required documentation must be submitted to claims@stephaniegarciaart.com within the timeframes stated in that policy in order for a claim to be filed with the carrier.

Failure to follow the claim process or provide required documentation may result in claim denial and may affect refund or replacement eligibility.


Shipping Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered incorrectly due to customer error or for packages marked delivered by the carrier but claimed as missing. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.


Responsibility After Delivery

Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer. Any claims for lost, stolen, or damaged packages must follow the claim procedures described in our Return & Refund Policy.


International Shipping

International customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees. These charges are not included in product or shipping prices and are non-refundable.


Shop & Shop Pay Compliance

Our shipping practices are designed to meet Shop and Shop Pay eligibility standards, including insured shipments, verified tracking, documented claim procedures, and prompt communication.
